Northern Virginia Wellness Center has been providing Toenail Fungus treatments for years. Our laser focuses a narrow beam of intense light through the toenail to irradiate the fungus underneath. This kills the fungi living under the nail, allowing new, healthy nail tissue to grow in and push the nail damaged by infection out. Highly focused light heats the nail, the laser has sensors that monitor temperature and adjust the laser parameters according to how our patient feels, we try to keep the procedure as comfortable as possible.

Toenail Fungus procedure is non-invasive with no downtime. We recommend 2 to 3 treatments to make sure nails are growing properly. For more severe or impacted infections more treatments visits may be required.
